Certain project-related purchases, pass-through costs, third-party fees, reimbursable expenses, regulatory fees, laboratory fees, equipment purchases, instrumentation costs, licensing expenses, and client-authorized procurements may be processed on behalf of a project when permitted by the applicable contract, purchase order, work order, statement of work, funding agreement, or client authorization.

Additional services, project support activities, equipment, instrumentation, fees, expenses, technical resources, and authorized project costs may be supported based upon project requirements, client authorization, and applicable contractual agreements.
